Description

• Oversee clinic operations by performing daily schedule review and monitoring clinic performance in collaboration with Directors.
• Work with Revenue Cycle Supervisor to maximize the time of service collections and standardized registration processes.
• Coordinate orientation for new team members, including competency evaluations and training.
• Coordinate ongoing training and continuing education for clinic staff. Policy and procedure development and implementation.
• Oversee clinic staffing PTO requests, flexing staff to cover gaps in coverage).
• Address patient complaints in real time to improve the patient experience.
• Demonstrate a visible working style, acts in a manner that is consistent with and shows commitment to the Facility Values and leadership competencies.
• Knowledge of medical/clinical financial operations, clinical coding, payer payment protocols.
• Excellent computer skills, data entry speed and accuracy, and related office equipment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with physicians, staff, payers and colleagues.
• Understanding of physician reimbursement protocols under state and federal programs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of Healthcare Administrator/Clinical experience required.
• Multi-specialty Medical Practice experience highly preferred.
• Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) preferred.
